3) Payments & Third-Party Processing

Payment terms, schedules, and accepted methods are defined in the applicable quotation, invoice, or service agreement. OneDraft Studio LLC does not act as a payment processor, merchant of record, or financial institution.

Any card processing, banking, or payment services are provided solely by independent third-party providers selected by the client.

4) Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution.
• Ensure legal rights to all content, trademarks, and materials supplied.
• Review deliverables and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes.
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry requirements.

5) Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created by OneDraft Studio LLC remains our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives the rights specified in the applicable agreement.

OneDraft Studio LLC retains the right to display non-confidential work samples for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6) Disclaimers

Services and information are provided “as is” and “as available.” OneDraft Studio LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneDraft Studio LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services or Site.

8) Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or services at our discretion if these Terms are violated or if continued engagement poses legal, technical, or operational risk.
